Last Updated: 1 January 2026. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the dmjl platform operating in the Philippines. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use dmjl.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the dmjl website and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and dmjl ("we," "us," or "the Company"). If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms.
Continued use of the dmjl Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
These Terms are available in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
2 Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
The dmjl Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. Any person under the age of 21 is prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or participating in any gaming activity on the Platform. dmjl reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the dmjl Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. dmjl does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
2.3 Registration Requirements
To register an account on dmjl, you must:

2.4 One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one active dmjl account at any time. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact our support team immediately.
Important: Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms. dmjl may void any winnings and close any account found to have been registered using inaccurate details, without prior notice.
3 Account Responsibilities
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dmjl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. dmjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 Account Activity
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have promptly notified dmjl of unauthorised access. You agree to notify dmjl immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account by contacting our support team.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
dmjl complies with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. We may at any time request that you provide supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Accepted documents typically include:
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys card);
- Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, BDO or BPI statement);
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account matching the registered mobile number).
Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
dmjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise indicated.
4.2 Deposit Conditions
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. dmjl reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be matched to a verified account holder and to request additional verification before crediting any deposit to your account balance.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. dmjl aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method chosen and any pending verification requirements.
4.4 Transaction Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your dmjl account. These limits may vary by payment method and by account tier. dmjl reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
Anti-Money Laundering: dmjl is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant Philippine authorities. Depositing funds for purposes other than genuine gaming activity is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and referral to law enforcement.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
dmjl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded by dmjl are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met in full.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players only. dmjl reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion, including the right to exclude certain players or player groups from specific promotions. Players who are found to be abusing bonuses – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms, or other forms of bonus abuse – will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
5.4 Expiry
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the player's account without further notice. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of applicable expiry dates.
6 Gameplay Rules
6.1 Fair Play
All games available on the dmjl Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems operated by licensed game providers. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG in a fair and impartial manner, independent of any player action other than their wagering decisions.
6.2 Game Rules
Each game available on dmjl is governed by individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game information and these Terms, the specific game rules shall apply to that game only.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game round, dmjl reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund any wagers placed during that round to the player's account. dmjl is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
6.4 Sports Betting
Sports betting markets offered on dmjl, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events, are subject to additional sports betting rules published separately. Odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dmjl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or verification information;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way, including for placing bets or exploiting game mechanics;
- Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading on sports events, or coordinated betting schemes;
- Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform;
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
- Abusing customer support staff or other platform users in any form;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors rather than reporting them to dmjl support;
- Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access or use your dmjl account.
8 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from dmjl.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dmjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
dmjl's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dmjl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content therein.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your dmjl account. dmjl is not responsible for any financial losses you sustain through gaming activity on the Platform.
12 Suspension & Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may close your dmjl account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance in your account will be refunded to your verified payment method, less any applicable fees, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
12.2 Termination by dmjl
dmjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms, or if we are required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or regulatory authority directive. In the event of termination for breach, any balance may be forfeited at our sole discretion.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and governing law.
13 Amendments
dmjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
