Last Updated: 1 January 2026. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the dmjl platform operating in the Philippines. Please read it carefully before registering or using any dmjl services.
1 Introduction
dmjl ("we," "us," or "the Company") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all players and visitors who use our online casino and sports betting platform at dmjl.net (the "Platform"). We understand that when you share your personal information with us, you are placing trust in us – and we take that responsibility very seriously.
This Privacy Policy explains in plain, straightforward English what personal data we collect, the reasons we collect it, how we store and protect it, when and with whom we may share it, and what rights you have under Philippine data privacy law. We have written this policy to be as clear and readable as possible, because we believe every Filipino player deserves to understand exactly how their information is handled – without having to wade through pages of confusing legal jargon.
This Privacy Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which govern your use of the dmjl Platform.
By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the dmjl Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected and processed in connection with your use of the dmjl Platform, including the website at dmjl.net, any mobile-optimised interfaces, customer support communications, promotional activities, and any other services provided by dmjl to players in the Philippines.
2.2 Data Controller
For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, dmjl acts as the personal information controller in respect of the personal data collected through the Platform.
